I have been having a polish change done weekly for many years. I came to Signature Nails and Spa Salon for the first time on 07/06/25. As always, I brought my own 3 OPI products- the base, the color and the topcoat....The technician showed the bottles to a manager. She read the bottle incorrectly She would not listen to me. She saw the word, gel" on the bottle and said the product was a "gel" and cannot be used on my natural nails. Her very limited English was problematic.
