Told me I could get a certain style, then day of said that person wasn’t there to do it. Charged me for gel when I didn’t ask for it. And charged me more than what was said on the phone. Then my nails weren’t dry all The way when I left so when I took a shower that night I got water bubbles under the paint of three of the nails. Had to get someone else to fix it because I was out of town. Only offered a refund for the amount that they would charge to have fixed it. Should have gotten a whole refund. The guy doing my nails was answering the phone checking appointments, he didn't have a clue about customer service. He kept leaving to attend other clients. When he finished, as you can guess, was not the best. Not returning.
