they do great work. get so many compliments on my nails.
Told me I could get a certain style, then day of said that person wasn’t there to do it. Charged me for gel when I didn’t ask for it. And charged me more than what was said on the phone. Then my nails weren’t dry all The way when I left so when I took a shower that night I got water bubbles under the paint of three of the nails. Had to get someone else to fix it because I was out of town. Only offered a refund for the amount that they would charge to have fixed it. Should have gotten a whole refund. I was in town for a wedding and just needed a fast pedicure. They were very professional and accommodating. Pleasant atmosphere and clean!

I will take the train up from Orange County to get a pedicure here, way better than I have been getting and their price is market. Best massage ever.
Best place I found so far, been trying out other places until I found Signature nails & spa & their work is amazing. I definitely won’t be going any where else but here!
They lady really took good care of me was very impressed
The guy doing my nails was answering the phone checking appointments, he didn't have a clue about customer service. He kept leaving to attend other clients. When he finished, as you can guess, was not the best. Not returning.
