The visit is not the same since Anna and a few others left (or fired). I requested Katherine and i'm not really a fan. She never smiles or asks how are you as a customer. She also adds extra on to the total! This is shady business here. The first time I got her since my wonderful Anna left and my nail broke a couple days after. 2nd visit - I was desperate and needed something quick, and I had hoped I did not get Katherine...and boom! Dirty place and no license most of them, just wonder when state board come to check it out
I was introduced to this place by someone and had such a good experience here! Krystal did my nails and she was awesome. She was super sweet and really paid attention to the details of the nails I wanted. She took her time and made sure everything looked perfect. I’m really happy with how they turned out. Will definitely be coming back again!
