Made an appointment with a specific nail tech. When I got there that technician had left for the day. The receptionist claimed to have called me and left a voice message but I have no incoming phone calls and no voice message on my phone. I came a long distance to go to this establishment and I am very disappointed.
I’ve been coming to Signature Nails since I moved to The Villages about three years ago. I go back and forth and have always had a good experience. Recently I wasn’t completely happy with the nail shape I had asked for, and when I mentioned it, Tracy told me to come back and they would redo them. Had a wonderful experience with my mom. Tracy was wonderful! I had barely any nails and she still made them beautiful! Would recommend.
It's an nice salon, but very busy. I always make appointments with Jen. I had one this morning at 9 AM with her, but they said, I made an appointment with Donnie, which I did not. I would NEVER have made an appointment with Donnie to do my nails because I only like Jen. I don't mind if Donnie does my pedicure but not my nails. So I'm sure they used my appointment for someone else. Which they do all the time? I'm sad because they are in nice salon and i really like jen, but that's not how you treat customers.
