I love this song they do excellent work. Jenny is one of the best nail technicians I’ve ever had. She does great work and she’s super creative.
The people were nice and friendly and Jen was very kind. However, I went in expecting a nice clean place and I did not see that it was very disorganized and the technician I watched who was sitting behind my technician was busy poking in between her own toes for a very long. While there were little towels everywhere, there was no sense of sanitization. Furthermore, as nice as Jen was she rounded my nails rather than pointing them which is not what I asked for. Made an appointment with a specific nail tech. When I got there that technician had left for the day. The receptionist claimed to have called me and left a voice message but I have no incoming phone calls and no voice message on my phone. I came a long distance to go to this establishment and I am very disappointed.
