It's an nice salon, but very busy. I always make appointments with Jen. I had one this morning at 9 AM with her, but they said, I made an appointment with Donnie, which I did not. I would NEVER have made an appointment with Donnie to do my nails because I only like Jen. I don't mind if Donnie does my pedicure but not my nails. So I'm sure they used my appointment for someone else. Which they do all the time? I'm sad because they are in nice salon and i really like jen, but that's not how you treat customers.
At Signature Nails in Sumter Square I was greeted with a smile and taken right back. John was professional and Compassionate during the service I needed. Thank you!
My mom and I went to get pedicures, definitely the best around
Not a fan, but I'm in the minority. The tech, while polite, used a sawing motion on my nails (the techs near us were doing the same), filed them unevenly, didn't push all the cuticles back, and spoke very little English. I think this might be the norm, so my expectations were probably unrealistic. I would have mentioned it to the cashier/receptionist if she had asked how my service was, but she seemed busy and rushed. The place was packed, so they're obviously doing something right.
