Very unprofessional! I scheduled a week in advance appointments for me and three other girls at 10am all mani and pedis. Showed up and waited, no one even showed up till 10:30am then when we asked how long it would take for all of us (bc I was told when we booked no longer than two hours and was on a tight schedule) The woman couldn't understand us and kept telling us to have a seat! Will not go here again. This was for my wedding and it made my whole day before rushed!
Love love loved this place!! My new favorite nail spa!! The people are SO friendly and they do amazing work! Definitely worth the hour drive!
