I am extremely disappointed with the staff in the office. It’s like pulling teeth to get my child’s prescription refilled can’t get in touch with anyone unless you wait on hold for 30-45 mins and then the woman at the front desk always has an attitude. Although I love my children’s doctor the office workers are not much help. I am considering taking this to JCAHO also social media as well as the local news because SOMETHING HAS GOT TO GIVE. Awful can’t even get an appt over the phone. Sit on hold for 30 mins… then get hung up on. Not the care I want for my child after he was in. The icu

I have been going here for 47 years. Most of my 6 kids were patient here I have 13 grandchildren And 5 still go here the are amazing. On time greatest care. I highly recommend them
