I have a great deal of neck pain every day. I can't even lay down anymore because when I do, the back of my head hurts. It took two months for these people to recognize the referral from my pcp that was olny after I had to call and remind them that the referral had been sent. They got me in about a couple of weeks later. Great Doctor, but scam billing. Every time I go for a physical I manage to get 2 bills! The physical is covered, but if there are any new issues, I am billed as if I came in separately for that problem. What a scam! I didn't have 2 separate visits and what is a physical for if not to head off any new issues.
