I have been a patient here for many years. I trust the physicians and staff here. I've been to other Dr., but here I trust them. Honest, listening to me, and carefully doing what I need to be done.
I’m not even done the process of going to this place. But every step of the way has been an issue. Miscommunication everywhere. They don’t answer the phone or call you back. No one has an answer for why I’m not getting any communication nor wants to take responsibility. I went to these guys about a torn ACL a month ago after I initially hurt it. When you actually get in with a doctor, its good. The doctors are fine. But my issue is with the people who are doing things behind the scenes. Its been three times now, "Neurology will call with appt", "dermatology will call you with an appt" "Endo will call you with an appt" 3 weeks go by and nobody has called me, this has happened all 3 times, nobody EVER calls me with an appt, and I have to call the office and force somebody to actually do their job.
