Unethical doctors spa! After I gave dr Sachar a negative review she went into my medical records and used the information to give my company a negative review. Dr Sachar has never used my companies services. Shocking. Do not trust her.
Dr Sachar is one of the best doctors in the South Bay! She is attentive to her patients care, educated in her field of practice, has amazing helpful staff, along with a clean & calming practice. Since using her colon detox & berry burn I have seem amazing results in my fitness journey. Along with weight loss I have also come to Signature MedSpa to see her amazing aesthetician Laura for a facial. Horrible customer service. Called to book a consult and was put on hold for over 7 minutes. She literally set the phone down and walked away. It was more than 20 minutes before closing time. After being on hold for so long I hung up and called back, got an automated message they were closed. So incredibly rude, if now was not a good time she could have taken my information and offered to follow up with me tomorrow. Terrible service for a cosmetic med spa.
Greeted with a smile everytime I walk in the door. Professional atmosphere its all women in the office and I see no bickering among colleges. No long wait times to see the doctor and she does ask alot of questions and listens.Most doctor visits I dread but I look forward to going to see Dr. Sachar as my gastroenterologist.
