First & foremost, my biggest complant is thier lack of communication with thier clients. SLD requires a 50% deposit which was not paid as I'd decided not have the sod installed after receiving an estimate. However sod was still installed without my consent or any indication as to who installed it, as they did not leave an invoice or business card on my property the day of installation. Avoid Signature – Signature had done the landscaping in our house. They used more than a year old equipment. When our sprinkler system was not working, I asked them if it was still covered under warranty. They said they will have to send someone to inspect before confirming. Their guy came and confirmed that it is out of warranty and quoted an absurd price for replacement. We obviosuly declined and now they have sent a bill for their visit.
