The selection is unsurpassed and I continue to receive endless compliments anytime I wear jewelry that I purchased there.Not only do I enjoy browsing through the unique selection, I appreciate the owner's and jeweler's honesty when I question any purchase I am considering making. The personal touches there make my trip worthwhile. The piece of birthday cake, coffee and occasional glass of red wine.
amazing selection and service WOW! Every time I am in town, I love to stop and see what's new! They really go above and beyond with the purchases I have made! I teach courses on customer service and treating people like gold and that's how I feel each time I am in there. I have sent friends there too and I love to hear them brag about their experience, and the jewels that they find! There is something for everyone! What a joy to have in the Greater Grand Forks area!

Excellent service and selection I have purchased many items from this business and have had many coworkers, friends and family members that also purchase here. The owner is VERY helpful, knowledgeable and remembers so much past history... I hear this from quite frequently even those that start talking about jewelry experiences. Each person has called it a special and personable experience. As far as the negative review that I just read it is nowhere near what I know. I guess there may be some difficult people.
