Stay away from Signature International Realty in Boca Raton Florida. A very arrogant and dishonest Broker, Ben Schachter we ever dealt with in our 74 years. If you are deluded by his Signature Realty, like I was cheated, you will never win in the court. I owe a condo. The realtor came to my unit and broke down the AC grill to see the unit and left it on the floor. Called the office, after 2 days the brokers didn't do anything, NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
I would argue against joining this brokerage. They lock you in a 2 year contract and have you pay them to write out offer contracts for you. They do not care about you making money. The broker, Ben is the worst.
Terrible Would never work with them based on their hiring of extremely rude people. We had a employee of theirs in our restaurant on one of the busiest days of the year. Her name is Heidi Jackson Willson she is apparently the executive assistant to the company so obviously a key employee that represents the company as a whole.
