I had a disappointing experience working with Kat Azimi. I didn’t feel she had our best interests at heart or that she was fighting for us, even though we were her clients; during negotiations, she often seemed reluctant to push for things we requested. We went with her recommendation for a home inspector, who ended up missing very key items including nonfunctioning windows and electrical issues.
