My husband and I visited all the communities at Delta Shores over the weekend. There was a fall festival event going on. There were free pumpkins at Coronado, coffee by Sparrow Coffee at Catalina and catered food at Balboa. After visiting all 3, we decided that Balboa would be perfect for us, so, we bought a new home! Everyone was so friendly. We met quite a few homeowners and they raclved about their homes and their experience with everyone at Signature. We couldn't be more excited!
Well built homes with great service after closing. The architecture leaves room for improvement. Infrastructure planning could have been much better.
Today I witnessed an employee going into the Alamo post office without a mask. When I challenged him his response was "there's no one in there". This tells me this individual is ignorant of the fact that although no one was in there, he could be an asymptomatic shedder of the COVID-19 virus and that means your company does not care about infecting anyone else. Shame on you.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, proactive sales staff, excellent process during sales, building and all the way to finish and escrow, namely Senka and Deepa. Excellent ran and operated boutique builder and family business. The builder team including their Super and Customer Service Rep Eddie just outstanding performance during COVID. Keep up the work team!
