I've watched Signature Healthcare at Home for 15 years now. In that time I've seen them grow from a small 3 location company to the well oiled machine they are today. This is in large part due to the leadership of Bob Thomas. Healthcare is more and more moving to a home based model and Signature is at the forefront of this advancement. Keep your eye on them!
Terrible agency. Many double bookings, caregivers don't make an appointment until the night before they plan to come help you, an OT left me high and dry when I needed my bed changed after six weeks because I had broken ankle and was wheelchair bound for several weeks after hospitalization and a nursing home, and couldn't walk. Megan the OT was very unprofessional, stood me up for the bed change, w/o getting a replacement. She was supposed to call me this week to make appt., but didn't, then when I got ahold of her she said ... read more
