Destroyed our home. Suppose to clean vents blew all dirt and dust into our home. Dirt and dust ceiling to floor. ******* promised to reimburse ** with deep cleaning and shampooing. They offered to have someone come clean our home but I had my own people and dont want anyone from his company coming back into our home. Wife was very rude and uncaring. Terrible company. Taking them to small claims court as I gave them three weeks to agree to my terms that ******* agreed to. Rude and uncaring people

I am very unhappy with your deceptive advertising. I found your sale coupon in the Valpac of ******, that states "Air Duct Cleaning Special $57. Includes Basic Return Duct Cleaning and a Basic Dryer Vent Cleaning and Check." This very clearly states the cost of the duct cleaning, PLUS, dryer vent cleaning as a package deal of $57. Imagine my surprise, and disgust, when **** arrived (who was extremely polite and nice about the whole situation), and quoted me over $400 for cleaning all my air vents. Brandon the owner was extremely helpful. He spent several hours explaining the whole process. John the electrician sat with me to explain the features of the thermostat and adjusted the heating and cooling motor speeds to insure the most efficient and quiet operation. I just really appreciate how kind, patient and courteous everyone at Signature has treated me.

I had an appt scheduled for today, but cancelled it after my father's experience earlier this week. His AC wasn't cooking properly, a tech came out, said they needed a new unit, that there was a leak, and said you could see oil type stains from the Is. He sent my dad a quote for $35k because he said it needed to be replaced (the quote was for AC & furnace), or $10k+ for the AC alone. They use good brands and the work crews seem efficient. Their main problems involve time and communication. They have a habit of not showing up during the time frame provided, and do a poor job of communicating schedules and changes. I'm done with them wasting the customer's time in this way.
