I’ve used Signature for years. I’ve also been a paid member of the Signature club. This morning, our 1.5 year old unit, installed by them, stopped heating. I called 4 times. No answer. The 5th time, I got Jake, who told me that my member status didn’t matter and no one could get to me until the middle of next week. Then why am I paying a monthly membership??? The two gentlemen who were here were on time, and very professional. They took pictures and took the time to show us and to explain what they found. We were both very pleased.

I didn’t know how bad my ac blower and condenser were and after having another company take a look and fail I called in Signature Heating and Air. They responded quickly. They pointed out the problem very professionally. When in the house they used feet covering to protect my flooring. I was provided an estimate but when additional issues were found they provided options and allowed me to make an informed decision. My unit is running GREAT now. I will use them in the future.
