Very nice and clean place
A dear friend recently entered this facility, and since there hasn't yet been much interaction with staffers and the treatment of my loved one, I will be updating this review every few days to include other aspects, like staff attentiveness, average time to respond to patient requests (especially important for bed bound and limited mobility patients), how responsive the members of a patient's care team are for voice and email messages, and, of course, my friend's opinions of her care, etc. That said, here's my first impressi... read more
Because no stars didn't seem possible. This facility should be your absolute last resort and even then, I'm not sure I would put anyone there whether I care about them or not. My father was abused, neglected, and had a ring stolen off his hand. He was discharged with a kidney infection that no one noticed. We were handed a bag of medication and paperwork and told good luck. there was no communication on his appointments for continued medical care. If you want progress and healing, pick somewhere else.
