The most incompetent staff I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Received 3 calls from 3 people regarding the same thing that was already taken care of. And yet I am still waiting for my prescription to be sent, I keep calling and it hasn't been sent yet, 2 weeks later still waiting. And 20 minute hold and not speaking to anyone unless you call back again is ridiculous!!!
