I don’t leave reviews often, but it’s been years since I’ve seen Rachael McLaughlin here, but I think about her often. I saw her for the first time in 2017 and she saved my life. I saw providers who dismissed, misdiagnosed and gave me medication that did more harm than good. Rachael listened, gave me a diagnosis that made sense and went above and beyond to get me on the appropriate medication. Been dealing with them for 10 years always kept switching my doctors and rescheduling to this day im finally done with them, very unreliable and terrible follow ups i dont recommend going here if you really need mental help or medicine.
I was taken here as a kid. I remember seeing a new doctor frequently. I was prescribed clonazepam by Dr. Shin to help me live my life. He moved to florida shortly after prescribing me. 12 years of being on that medication I tried getting off... The doctor that I asked to help me didnt. She said I was fine. God forgive all of you, for you guys do not know better. Im finally finding peace through Jesus and Yoga. Thats what I needed. Yall need to repent.
I see Dr.Pronty, she is EXCELLENT and thorough. She went above all beyond for my health. Her nurse is so kind and compassionate.. I am forever grateful. Kristen
