People wonder why mental health is going downhill, You have places like this that a you can’t get a good rating to be seen for low cost, They can’t answer their phones you can’t even message through my chart, you can’t pay your bill through my chart, And you really want to know why the mental health system is in a complete disarray because places like this they honestly just want to take your money And not really help you,
Avoid the Maple Heights location. I had a terrible experience with my counselor, Michael—he made my problems worse, was judgmental about my opinions, and seemed subtly racist toward Black people.
I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING.
