Everything was going great for my first time meeting my case manager Robin at the Beachwood location, until she brought up my skin color, telling me that we were made to have different values and beliefs and she assumed that I was raised with money. What the hell!? Why my skin color was brought up is beyond me , so I'm switching locations.
The absolute worst place to go for any hope of help or things to get better. No one here cares at all about any clients. My doctor prescribes me medicine that made my life a living hell and trying to make an appointment to talk to her about it was even worse. My nurse didn’t care and hung up on me multiple times, not to mention to get a hold of this office anyways takes at least an hour. their telehealth wasn’t working and the nurse was being super rude saying it was on me, so they skipped my appointment after I called cryin... read more
