Called and had them hold a V&an tuner for me. Arrived 20 minutes before close (90 minute ride) and the gentleman that held the part helped me install the tuner. On the way there the trim ring around headlight fell off due to screw hole being stripped. He gladly helped by finding an oversized screw, supplied the torx bit needed and on his way out the door to head home he stopped to make sure everything was good before leaving. Great experience and appreciate the help provided. Thank you.
