Stick with reliable brands. Signature faucet wad the worst experience. Even after getting to head of operations, response to request take more than 30 days, then they tell you about the warranty.

The only correspondence we had from this email address was on Monday 2/21 to notify us that they contacted a head of opperations, ************** and have yet to receive a response. We responded yesterday 2/22, to advise that we do not have a ************** with our company but are happy to see if we can assist. We never received a response to our offer for assistance. Agree with previous review DISHONEST MARKETING! They advertised a White Carrera Marble countertop. They sent something that is a grey base (not white) with dark grey dots and stripes. It is nothing like what is advertised. I wrote a review and sent a note. They only said that the pieces vary, but I've done a lot of marble/granite buying and this is not the same stone. At best it's Shadow Marble. They should be investigated by BBB. They are not honest and do not stand behind their products!

Very dishonest marketing. I bought an extremely expensive sink from them and only after it arrived did I notice that the sink DID NOT include a faucet or under-sink pipe. The photo showed a complete sink, and I was told it included "fittings". Now I have a useless money pit and need to shell out hundreds more for a faucet. This customer was expecting the faucet shown in the photo to be included. We state in the product description that the faucet is not included and the drain is optional. We wanted to see an unusual size farmhouse sink, in person to check the quality, and not pay $750 for just the sink. We went to the Earlanger showroom and were able to see various sinks. We were able to buy on-site, and 15 min later pick up and verify our sink on he loading dock before accepting it. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. There are cheaper places for many items but Signature Hardware was the best choice for this purchase.

I was very excited to discover Signature Hardware because I'd spent a great deal of time looking for a particular style of door hardware and found it on their site. I ordered this hardware (lifetime warranty) for all of the doors in our home. I am perplexed by all the negative comments regarding Signature hardware. I found shower fixtures from them online for half of what it would have cost me from a showroom in Honolulu and ordered everything I needed in about 15 minutes. Next day I got an email indicating that one part was not available for 2 weeks and they were going wait to ship everything together. I have bought 3 faucets and hardware for 6 very large cabinets. Couldn't be happier with the quality and they are gorgeous. No problems with anything and have had all installed for over a year. Can't say the same about what was previously purchased at **** ***** an the cost was comparable

SignatureHardware is selling junk to consumers. The parts to my shower kit have few threadings, are very thin metals, nuts are split or fractured, the items are overpriced. Will not work
