Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful I love this shop! Due to the nasty reviews I hesitated to go which cost me a few bad hair cuts at other places and having my credit card hit several times without my knowledge at other salon. I started going to Signature to see Gail who does eyelash extensions (she does a great job) and her hair always looks nice, so I asked her who she goes to. NO BRIDES NO! NO STARS!!! BRIDES...not a good idea...I had a 2 pm appt. and waited until 2:50 to get seated for my low side chignon to be placed. I had two previous "trial runs" that were not worth the time because it was totally different when it came to the wedding day. The gal said she works better under pressure - she forgot to put product on my hair close to my neck, therefore, it frizzed instantly. My maid of honors hair was done way before mine... You make your decision but listen to a bride warning another bride!
Average Salon I agree with the other reviewer that you don't get the cleanest haircut. I've seen Terry a few times now. She does a good enough job, but it's not the greatest haircut I've ever had. Most of the staff is nice but the front desk receptionist seems indifferent/cold. She kind of ruins the whole experience for me.
