Lacks Customer service, communication and installation needs improvement! My granite countertop cut was in front of the sink, so ask questions before you pay! Make sure you read their contract before signing! 😡

Had my beautiful granite installed today. Krista was very helpful in scheduling and answering any questions I had. Landen, the installer was very professional. You could tell he knew what he was doing. You are blessed to have him as an installer.
After assisting my sister-in-law with the selections of her kitchen remodel, which turned out beautiful by the way, I absolutely knew I would be using Signature Granite for my own remodel. Great company to hire to do Granite installation for your home. Very professional. It only took them two hours to remove our old countertops and install our new granite countertops, as well as install a recessed sink. Would recommend to anyone in the Joplin area. 5 out of 5 stars!
I recently did a countertop for the microwave area in my kitchen and I couldn’t be happier!
They need to have actual concern for their customers. I got a rush job and the job done reflects it. I am not one to write just bad reviews. I praise good work and I put out appropriate reviews when the work is not up to par. When you spend $10K for high end countertops, you expect a quality job and good communication, which did not happen. Much better options in the Arkansas River Valley area.
Signature Granite was the best choice I could ever take. Wednesday went to my house to install the countertop They saw that I was remodeling the whole kitchen. They asked me what color I was going to paint my cabinets so they could use the right color caulk. They were professional, courteous and respectful. I recommend them without hesitation. Kelton, Larry, Ty and Daniel were specially nice and Willing to help, also the ladies that answered the phone. Congratulations for having such a great team!! Bruny Camejo
