Jimmy gave expert customer service, which is lacking in all the other furniture stores I’ve been in. He spend over an hour with me to decide on the perfect chair for my size and desires. I didn’t buy the day I was in, but returned after a few days and purchased the chair. Thank you Jimmy for the above and beyond customer service! I appreciated the store manager also providing excellent customer service when I returned to make my purchase. She was fabulous as well!
