better patient communication...Tell patient their cost before offering xrays and such as if it was included in the std. cleaning cost. Especially when they are aware you have no insurance.
Signature Dental has been amazing so far with my Invisalign treatment! Appointments are quick and easy! Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly and welcomes you with a smile! Dr. Kooyman is always professional and he is very gentle while he works with your teeth! I recommend visiting them 100% !

Yesterday was my first visit to Signature Dental. I had a broken molar and was able to get in pretty quickly with time allotted for the repair. I had a great experience - the staff was so pleasant. Dr. Kooyman is very professional and dilligent. I like that this is a no frills dental office. I agree that the atmosphere is calming, and I feel like it is up to me what work I can afford to have done or not. There is no pushiness. I will definetely be recommending Dr. Kooyman and Signature Dental in the future!
