Interviewed with US bank for a contract gig and was told the gig included a liveable wage. Fast forward to after said interview I get a call from yet another person who claims I was offered the job. When I asked her to confirm the hourly wage it suddenly decreased to a little over minimum wage. I have 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. What a waste of time.
