Called my director-level reference (though I told her to call only after an offer was made), put the reference on file, then told me to stay tuned for the interview, but the interview delayed, then the recruiter (Eva R.) left the company. I called in and no one cared to even help me transfer the reference to other recruiters. Interviewed with US bank for a contract gig and was told the gig included a liveable wage. Fast forward to after said interview I get a call from yet another person who claims I was offered the job. When I asked her to confirm the hourly wage it suddenly decreased to a little over minimum wage. I have 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. What a waste of time.
