Was rather surprised that I could not get a woman's sleeveless linen blouse lightly starched. I had to find another provider. My husband's shirts have been great. Staff is ALWAYS very friendly and courteous!
I am always greeted warmly, told when my clothes will be ready, and offered help to get my things to my car. There have never been any mistakes, missing items, or any other kind of issue. I guess you are stuck with me as a customer!
I've been using Signature Cleaners in Hendersonville, TN for years. Recently my husband and I moved to another city close by. I still go to Hendersonville, Signature Cleaners once a week; because, they are the best!
Your service has been very good up until a few weeks ago. I had a couple of shirts that came back with a stain that happened in your possession. I returned one of the shirts so that you could fix the problem, and now you have lost that shirt. It is the only dress shirt I have that is monogrammed which just adds to the frustration. I will fill out the claim report and hopefully I can have it replaced.
Dry cleaning done on time, friendly service, good local business.
