For the last 15 years you provided better than average service. However, my last visit to your shop was terrible. I brought in 3 shirts to be laundered, two of which were linen. The linen shirts were dry cleaned without my permission. Not only was I charged three times the expected cost, I do not like dry cleaned items to touch my skin, I sent the shirts to Gallatin Cares. If you had called to tell me that it is your policy to not wash linen shirts you would not have ruined two shirts and you wouldn't have lost a customer.... read more

Awesome service
I left a comforter to be washed. I understand they only do bedding on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I waited a week or more to pick it up. We had been very pleased with their service in the past. After I got the comforter home, I waited a few days to unfold and started to put it on the bed. Rust from their machine was all over one section. Took it back. They agreed to wash it again.
