John was here today to clean our very dirty carpets. He always does a fantastic job! I must admit that I used Zerorez last year to "save money" but was sorely disappointed. The stains they "removed" were back in three weeks. I will never go back to anyone other than Signature Carpet Care. John cares about what he does, is upfront about pricing and there are never any surprise costs. My carpets look incredible! Clean and fresh! Thank you John!
I'm a HUGE fan of signature carpet...we have cream carpet in the entry...dining area...and...hallway. Our carpet is an open canvas...after a few months they look rough. Everytime I wonder how are they going to clean up...John has skills he makes them look new time after time after time!!!

John came out today and cleaned my carpets. They really needed it. We have this little dog that likes to find a corner to pee in instead of going outside. Even the worst room came out better than I expected, and John said he'd come back and re-do that room if any of the stains returned. Simply amazing. When he left, the carpet was cleaner than it was when we moved in...and we had the carpets cleaned by a different company before we moved in. So basically he got out stuff that another company couldn't.
John did my sister's carpets years ago one room was covered in dog urine n strained pretty good... He was able to get the dog urine strains out n the room smelled fresh again... He's awesome!
Signature Carpet Care is by far the best company we have ever used to clean our carpet. John did such an amazing job. Our carpets were pretty destroyed, from daily traffic and three +80 lbs American Pit bulls. They went from almost black to their original color. We are very blessed to have John as a friend and our professional carpet care professional. We will ALWAYS use them after this world class experience. Because of Signature Carpet Care our house feels like a home again. Thank you so much!
