This management company is the worst. If you pay online and a computer of theirs glitches, you owe outrageous late fees. The do NOT fix anything in a timely manner, 3 years later and still waiting for them to stand by their word. They fired the gardener that we pay for...took months to get another one as we still had to pay and our yards died and they have done nothing to help bring them back. I have dealt with Signature Sales and Management for quite some time now. Mostly, with Jennifer and Rob at the Corona office. They have always been extremely helpful and personable and I highly recommend this company.
This company is great, been dealing with them for years on multiple properties, mostly out of their Corona office. I highly recommend them. Rob is my Property Manager and does an excellent job. He sold 2 of my homes also over the years, probbaly the best Realtor ive ever know.BigJ
If you want to pay a management company a percentage of your rental income to just hold or process the payment for an excess of 12 days this is your company. After Rob placed someone in my home I have found that everything he has told me about the renter was untrue. I have found Signature Sales and Management a waste of time ane ripoff.Dont waste your time unless your a renter who wants the owner to pay for your representation when you rip the owner off.
Signature Sales and Management is a fantastic property management company. They go the extra mile and really care about their landlords and tenants. They made my rental experience comfortable and easy. I recommend them to any property owner or tenant looking for a friendly and very helpful solution to your rental needs. These guys are great!!!
