Edit: After about two months of not receiving our warranty refund, we called and emailed the dealer several times with no response. At no time were we given the opportunity to pick up a check. Why would we not want to pick up a check? The warranty company informed us our refund check was cashed by the dealer immediately. Matt quickly showed me better truck options at better prices than I could find. He checked it over for me and taught me how to use the new tech. I'm still smiling thinking I got away with something. Thanks Matt, see you when we need an upgrade on our other vehicle.
Got a car from here, two days later it was over heating and misfiring. He did take it back to try to make it right. But had my car for 4 months, I paid $1000 for the work & now it still doesn’t work. Was sold a lemon.
I had an excellent experience with Matt Zarda. He was very personable and understood my situation. He was very kind to my Father-in-law and even reiterated he will do what he could to help me. When it was time to pick up my car, Matt's son Takao was there to help in anyway he could. Took his time to make sure everything was done right and meticulously took off the sticker glue off the window. Very nice family like atmosphere! Will shop there again!
