Stopped in for help with a deflated tire on my Saturn. Fred and team couldn’t have been more informative, efficient, and helpful. Much appreciated.
I’m very unhappy with the service at this company. I called around a few local mechanics to see who could work on a 2017 Range Rover Sport. Some said they couldn’t, but Signature Automotive claimed they could. I had a coolant leak -low coolant indicator problem. If I could give Fred a 10 star review I would. Came to him early in the year to get some sensors fixed; my car's computer was such a hassle and he still only charged me for the small amount of labor we thought it was going to be, even after spending hours and hours fixing/replacing the computer and the sensors. I've had my catalytic stolen twice in the past 4 months and he's always been such an advocate for me to my insurance company, all while getting the job done in such an impressively quick turnaround.
