I called with a bunch of questions and the manager was super helpful and patient.
I moved here 9 months ago, the month right now is February (2019) the management is telling me even if I clean the Apartment, I will not get my deposit back , and I put $950.00 down for a deposit, they are otaomatically going to take $400.00 out of my deposit to paint, and my apartment that i moved in to, had spots on the ceiling's, they have changed managers 4 times since I have moved here.
