Nathan sold our house right away! We listed it and two days later we had two offers! We were amazed! Nathan made the entire process easy for us, gave us enough warning when people were coming to look at the house, and helped us along right up until we signed off to the buyers. Nathan is amazing at what he does, we would never sell or buy a home in the Minot area with anyone but Nate! Both husband and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone in the area.
