I have been seeing Dr. Kristina for a year and a half. During that year and a half I have received more wisdom and knowledge about my body and how it works. The Beardens drive to not only treat their patients but educate them so they can live a healthier life. They both set great examples of good health in the daily life. They don't push products for you to buy for sales purposes they educate you on why it would be good for your daily life. My favorites are the Inflavinoids and my orthodic inserts!
