Horrible way to start off. Today is my move in day and I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone. Sent emails, text messages, and tried to call but havent gotten any responses. This is frustrating because it seems no one cares! August 2025: These scumbags got the right one. Paid close to $2000 for a security deposit and these thieves are attempting to take the whole thing. You be welcome there warm and when its time to leave they make you run after the security deposit refund and other thing they have no visitors parking at all and you have to pay 7 dollars a day to let your guests park there and you wanna park your car you have to pay on top of your lease, this place is a hell believe me you don’t wanna to be here, I’m glad that I’m out and other thing you wanna get in touch with the management it’s nearly impossible they never answer phone calls they never respond to emails, friend to friend... read more
Can't wait to move outta this place....just my two cents. No longer would recommend it 😒😒 Trashy and expensive! Hallways and stairwells smell like weed!! Oh and the leasing office will let you know that hallways are considered "common areas" so loitering is allowed?!?!?! UPDATE: Management made the decision for all of the apartments to have smart door locks but yet they cannot replace the batteries in it for free?!?!! $5 fee from what I was told by maintenance member.
