You be welcome there warm and when its time to leave they make you run after the security deposit refund and other thing they have no visitors parking at all and you have to pay 7 dollars a day to let your guests park there and you wanna park your car you have to pay on top of your lease, this place is a hell believe me you don’t wanna to be here, I’m glad that I’m out and other thing you wanna get in touch with the management it’s nearly impossible they never answer phone calls they never respond to emails, friend to friend... read more
Can't wait to move outta this place....just my two cents. No longer would recommend it 😒😒 Trashy and expensive! Hallways and stairwells smell like weed!! Oh and the leasing office will let you know that hallways are considered "common areas" so loitering is allowed?!?!?! UPDATE: Management made the decision for all of the apartments to have smart door locks but yet they cannot replace the batteries in it for free?!?!! $5 fee from what I was told by maintenance member. Ridiculous! We as residents never asked for this upgrad... read more
Well maintained property, good neighbors, and friendly residential management staff.
Carlos from maintenance was a great at fixing our power outlet. he was quick and efficient. we we are glad signal hill has a good maintenance team member.
