Love this community I have been living at signal hill for 3 years the office staff is amazing very helpful and professional, also the community is always so clean and safe.
What made my experience great here was the customer service. Emily was super helpful pointing out things in my lease I wouldn’t expect to see, accommodating to me and the questions I had. Really makes this a personal and welcoming community when you have help in that capacity compared to other communities in Woodbridge. The maintenance staff is timely and insightful. When placing a request the requests are tracked well and completed often.
It's convenient and clean, easy access entry and exit, plenty of parking. Very close to the Potomac Town Center. Right off of Richmond Hwy.
