Loved living in the community. Safety is a concern for it's residents. Easy to navigate and friendly staff to help with concerns or questions. Emily and David helped us numerous times and were always kind and professional. Maintenance always came to address concerns, and are respectful to human and animals living in the apartment. Moving out is terrible. Move out inspections will not give you any grace, and will nickel and dime you for every little thing you don't do. I’ve been living here 5 years, haven’t missed a payment, or even received an eviction but yet I’m not eligible to move to a 2 bedroom. Next we are paying $25 a month for garage parking per car (heard for the 2025 leases parking is going up $45 per car) yet ever other day or everyday a car is broken into been going on 2 years. Yet no sense of urgency or need for security to deter crime as much a possible to help fix / reduce the issues. Only cameras as if mask and dark clothing isn’t a thing. Where is our $ going? Emily and David are amazing property managers. First place I’ve lived in NOVA. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that they give. I feel extremely valued and will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to live in the Woodbridge/Dumfries area. Plus, Stone Bridge and Potomac Mills are within 3 miles of the apartment complex…has everything you’d ever need/want.
This is a great place to live everyone in the office are really nice and are helpful
Great community. I really like the gym and pool. The security on the buildings is an additional+. There's plenty of parking. David and Emily are great to work with.
