The technician was the technician who helped me out, and he was awesome. Good response time, got into my car quickly and without damaging it, and had a better rate than the other locksmith that I had spoken to. He also communicated his ETA with me and called me upon arrival. He was patient and remained friendly even when I was running a few minutes behind.
Excellent service, repaired door and oiled all bearings and joints, arrived on time as promised.

Carl is one step away from being considered completely incompetent. Not only did this man lose my W2's and other tax information, he is next to impossible to get in contact with. I can call him any time of day and almost guarantee to not get an answer or even a call back forcing me on multiple occasions to leave my place of business to go down and see him in person just to find out he hasn't even started the work he is being paid to do.
