I do not recommend Signal because they did not honor the terms of their Add-On CDs. When interest rates lowered, they canceled the add-on features of existing CDs that had higher rates than the prevailing interest rates. They did not honor their word.
total mess. conflicting info depending who you talk to. will waste all of your time and give you a weak "sorry". given the endless options for credit unions, I'd recommend pretty much every other credit union before giving this disaster your money. My interactions since starting an account last year have been pleasant. Unfortunately, they closed the branch in Columbia Heights. Since I can only make it to the bank on Saturdays, I now have to trek across town to Capitol Hill to do business. Why did you close Columbia Heights location? Were you not getting enough business there? It was a perfect location, right next to the metro for easy Green line metro accessibility.
