I have applied for 2 positions with this company. Positions for which I am more than qualified for. However, because I am a 60-year-old white male, I can't even get an interview. Same happened with Black And Veatch. What a joke.

I'm an Electrician apprentice with Signal Energy. GooD place to work if you are trying to have a career and grow into your craft of electrical or mechanical works of photovoltaics solar farms. This company is in the top 10 solar companies with the smallest amount of employees; about 500-700 and other companies have 10,000-,50,000+ so that speaks for itself with the work that's completed with skilled craftsman and hard at learning laborers to assist and move up.

Reqruiters lie about work schedule …they promise hours and upper management doesn’t honor what they say …this is a very dishonest company …hostile supervisors that think they can speak to the employees like trash and threaten everyone’s job that stand up for themselves..work locations are remote and the pay is low ..do yourself a favor and find other employment it’s not worth the hassle

I’ve been calling about a job in Morton Mississippi, back to back, nobody wants to answer. I was interviewed by a woman thru phone but was told the papers was going to be sent. After that, she doesn’t answer calls. Preventing opportunities for folks is a disgrace. I just want my job position like I was told.
