To start, the owner constantly watches employees through patrol car cameras—not for safety, but to micromanage and catch anything he can use against workers. Personal phone calls, even those unrelated to work, are monitored and twisted to justify terminations. People have been wrongfully fired based on manipulated or out-of-context information.
