To start, the owner constantly watches employees through patrol car cameras—not for safety, but to micromanage and catch anything he can use against workers. Personal phone calls, even those unrelated to work, are monitored and twisted to justify terminations. People have been wrongfully fired based on manipulated or out-of-context information. The dispatch for this place is terrible. When you call for help, all they do is be snotty. They don’t help and whatever they are paid is useless. I always have to call 311 for real help. When I asked why they don’t patrol anymore, the dispatcher got an attitude and threatened not to help. This company is a liability. Our complex has literally had shootings and this “security” is useless.
Whoever patrols the area of Home Depot/ DSW by the domain on the morning of 06/25/25 needs more training on approaching other people. Came up to me speeding on the parking lot with high beams and pulls up to my car like he was a cop while I was charging.This guy on the RAV4 signal security just pulls in on random Tesla folks in the morning like they trespassing the area. There is a public supercharger in front of DSW. Customer service and security goes hand to hand. Don’t intimidate, deescalate.
