THIEF - I AM OUT $3,000 with NO Sign and NO Masks I went into his office to get a sign. We went over the whole process and specifications of the sign. After about a week of following up and trying to figure out where we were going with the sign, he sends over his buddy Jeff. These people are terrible! We bought a 12,000 printer and they said they would give us our ink but they don’t answer your call once the product is sold. Now I have to purchase ink from another place. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

After our printer quit, Sign It Right came out and identified our best options for repair or replacement. They recommended a great Seiko ColorPainter for a price within our budget. We chose to go with their recomendations and have been very happy with our purchase. They also were very helpful getting our cutter updated using the same Onyx software and when our computer crashed (hard drive), Efrain dropped everything and came out and got us up and running on a different computer.
