I can't thank everyone at Sign It Drive It so much. I went in this morning to see if I could get a newer car with less mileage & they worked their magic to do just that. Salesmen were great, finance managers were nice. But I have a huge problem with a company trying to sell me a $20k vehicle that smells like regurgitated dairy, couldn’t spend a couple hundred dollars to replace a damaged windshield that would not pass inspection except through maybe their own guys. Passenger side door wasn’t shutting properly so my husband looked and the metal latch that holds the door shut and it was hanging on by 1 screw that was halfway out and the latch was spinning. Shady liars. Tell you all kinds of good things, but the minute they sell you a car, you are nobody to them. You know, your typical used car salesman.
Awesome team to work with! I called and Armando spoke with me and helped get things started on a car I found. I arrived and they were great to visit with me and discuss my options. They were great throughout the whole process. Terry was great to work with and everyone involved was polite and never made it feel like another shady deal going down. Thanks guys!!!
