Horrible experience with Sigma. The workers they sent to do siding and window replacement were young, changed from day to day, didn't show up until noon, left by 3. They used nails too long and blew out half the house of electricity as well as everything connected to it. After they were finished 2 months later, finally a supervisor came out to check and said it was done all wrong. Had all the siding torn off and a new crew put on all new siding in 3 days. Nightmare of our life.

New roof took 4 months longer than we had been told, our job was subcontracted out and would have been completely botched it we hadn't been supervising every step ourselves. In the end the work done was very good, even according to the building inspector, but it was a LOT of headaches and hassles to get to that point. Not at all the smooth process we were sold upfront. We'll be looking elsewhere for work on our new house.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! – We contracted this company to repair our roof in mid February 2011. They required 50% deposit in order to schedule the job which we paid. It is now April 4th and the work has yet to be scheduled. We have contacted both the company as well as the customer service representative and have not had a return phone call on a status. I would NOT recommend Sigma Exteriors or Tower Energy Residential for any type of work. Oak Creek, WI

Great Clean-up and Service! – Most companies did not follow up. We know our house was more difficult than most, especially since we have repaired so many areas for so long. Thanks for taking the time and expertise to show us what the real problems were and what needed to be done to fix them right. Crew was fast and careful. Everyone was very courteous and accommodating. Great clean-up and service!
