Every time I call to order parts they answer me like I am bother am bothering them & are very short with me on the phone EVERYTIME!
Slow unload they do not respect the delivery drivers if they don't respect one man they probably don't respect anything.
Trying to pick up an AC unit for a client and these guys are trying to demand cash only of the client? This is incredibly suspicious to me. Why do you want cash only for your product when you are supposed to be a wholesaler? That is super weird.

It wasn't hard deciding on who to partner with for our cooling and heating equipment needs. From the top notch customer service as you walk in from management, sales and the front counter staff. These guys are truly the best distributor in Tucson.
