Efficient and cordial service. I'd broke my glasses and they didn't had the parts for repair, but gave me another solution.
Very disappointed with the service. A few months after my exam and picking up my contacts, I lost 6 within a month. They all ripped. It was a new brand recommended by the Dr. When I called to discuss my options for the unopened boxes, they told me they lost my file, said they would call me back four different times (which never once happened) and then told me I should have returned them within 60 days. Had I known they were going to be poor quality, I wouldn't have purchased them to begin with. And they still have not locate... read more
Sight and Vision is a great place for eyecare! I have been a Sight and Vision customer for the past ten years and always enjoy my visits there. The staff is highly qualified and conducts their business in a professional and friendly manner. You don't have to worry about long waits when you arrive for your appointment, and my glasses have always come in before the estimated time of arrival. They are great for eyeglass repairs, as well. So glad I discovered Sight and Vision! It's owned and staffed by a beautiful African American family; the wife is an opthalmologist and the husband is either an optometrist or optician with a gift for recommending the perfect frames for your face. Not only did I get an expert refraction, but this business went above and beyond to make sure I got my glasses as quickly as possible, even opening after hours. Service and staff was very unprofessional and rude. Optometrist and office was ghetto.. Would definitely not recommend.
