I must admit I have received some of the best customer service from wizard. I purchased a head unit from another company and had wizard install (which from now on I will buy all audio pieces from wizard ). But even though I did not purchase from them they are still extremely helpful with problem I have had with this head unit. Walt and Bobby do great work and have great prices. The have helped me put together a great setup in my sons 4 Runner. Walt really knows how to make a car sound great and pound.
