Absence of customer service. Incompetency.
Customer service is a nightmare. No answer at all… they sent me the wrong item and now I can’t get a response from them… they owe me money since my item was more expensive than the one I received. #Thiefs #disrespectful
Gillian at SIGG North America was so helpful. When customer service is non-existent today it was so nice to be treated well. I will continue to buy SIGG products.
Seriously unbelievable customer service, literally the best I've ever had from any company! I had correspondence with Gillian concerning the issue with my bottle, and she was nothing short of an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will hands down be a lifetime customer.
First of all, they are selling authentic Sigg products. HOWEVER, do not expect any good customer service experience, if anything happen to defective products. One bottle gave up under regular usage after one year, they just keep blaming customer and unwilling to offer ANY solution. I give 4 star to Sigg, but -3 star to this site.
