Siesta Senior Apts seems to have problems. I live in a market-rate FPI Management complex with no worries. Press Democrat is reporting this new FPI managed location was required to mix seniors 62+ with previous unhoused people of all ages with zero criteria. Big mistake for the senior crowd living only on Social Security cuz the previous unhoused people have alot of crazy homeless baggage & relationships that get dragged into Siesta Senior.
